摘要:
抗生素耐药性的不断加剧,已成为全球医药卫生领域的公共问题,开发新型抗菌材料是有效解决这一问题的方法之一。金属-有机骨架化合物是一种新型的纳米材料,由金属离子与有机配体配位自组装形成,具有高比表面积和孔隙率,且多孔结构丰富,可控。近年来,具有抗菌性能的金属-有机骨架化合物受到广泛关注。综述了近年来报道的具有抗菌性能的金属-有机骨架化合物的研究进展,探讨了金属-有机骨架化合的抗菌机理,并展望了其在生物医药领域的应用前景。   
Abstract:
The growing antibiotic resistance has become a public problem in global medicine and health.And developing new antibacterial materials is an effective way to solve this problem.Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) are new nanomaterials comprising metal ions linked by organic binding ligands.MOFs have high surface area and porosity,and the porous frame structure is rich and controllable.Recently,MOFs with antibacterial activity have been attracted much attention.Recent progress in reported MOFs with antibacterial activity was focused.The mechanisms of antibacterial action were systematically summarized,and the application of MOFs in the medicine and health were prospected.
